- UL Tested - PermEscape units passed UL's strict testing requirements which entailed strength, installation, ease of usage, and many other functional tests. Passing all of the tests makes our units the ultimate solution to fire safety.
- Warranty - PermEscape offers a full lifetime limited warranty. Because of our dedication to a superior product we can offer our warranty with confidence. Make sure to read all warranty information closely before choosing a fire escape brand.
- Strongest Solution Of Its Kind- PermEscape units were fully tested by professionals. The UL gave our units a 600 pound load rating. To receive that rating our units had to withstand 1,800 pounds of constant pressure for one full minute. The UL load rating is based on 1/3 of the tested rate.
- Meets All UL & OSHA Regulations - To meet all the requirements of the fire marshals in our area, PermEscape went with a 12 inch spacing between our ladder rungs. Always best to check your local codes when purchasing a safety product.
- Chain Ladders- Chain Ladders are used in our units to keep with our plan to make sure the units will last the lifetime of the residences they will be installed in. The chain ladders are designed for a fast and tangle free decent if needed. Other products have the tendencies to decay and weaken over a period of time, which could result in a dangerous situation.

PermEscape's fire escape ladders were product tested by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL), who have some of the toughest testing criteria for product safety. After intensive testing PermEscape's fire escape system recieved the UL's approval.*
